An Interview with Mr. Ankur Jain, Digital Marketer at Red Cube Digital Pvt. Ltd and DSIM’s Ex-Trainee

He shares with us how digital marketing helped him in his career move.

Q1. Hi Ankur, You have got a job in Red Cube Digital as a digital marketer just after you completed your digital marketing training. So how it feels like? What are the job responsibilities you are handling over there?

Ans. It feels great. I am very happy to get this job opportunity just after completing my digital marketing course. I am working as a Digital marketer here in Red Cube Digital. It’s mainly Social Media marketing. I have to promote the company’s services through social media. I am helping in running the campaign for various clients. I am also responsible for daily campaign management.

Q2. Social Media Marketing! Sounds great Ankur. Tell us, how you landed up in this job?

Ans. I did submit my resume in DSIM placement cell and got this opportunity over here. I had received job mails from DSIM placement cell. Basically, my interview was scheduled because of DSIM. They sent my resume to some companies and they contacted me for interview. That’s how it went on and I got this job.

Q3. Very well Ankur. What do you think is the scope of digital marketing?

Ans. Well in India, Digital marketing has huge scope. Digital marketing is still at its initial phase in India. Digital marketing has been more like building relationship digital. If a person is attracted towards your brand then only he will use your product and service. As each and every business is going online by creating websites and apps, the future of digital marketing is getting stronger.

Q4. Of course, the digital marketing industry is growing at quite a faster rate. Anyway, when did you actually decide to go through the digital marketing training?

Ans. I was looking for a job change. After completing my graduation, I did2 month sales profile job, which made me completed exhausted. In today’s era, digital marketing is in a trend. While I was searching for digital marketing course, I found DSIM best in comparison to others. DSIM give quality training.In India, everything is going to be digitalized. So, I thought it is a plus point for me. It’s good to do it right now and look good opportunity in this field as soon as possible. That’s why I enrolled in DSIM.

Q5. Well, Ankur. You completed digital marketing training from DSIM. How was your overall training experience? How would you rate the trainers @ DSIM?

Ans. It is an amazing experience. I loved it. DSIM team is very helpful. They always listen to us and give a solution to our problems.I like to give 10 out of 10 for Gaurav Madaan. He is a brilliant trainer. He has deep knowledge of the subject. He is very much interesting. He shared his experiences. I learned a lot from him.

Q6. So, before we finish it up, any message would you like to give to people who are looking to step up in their career?

Ans. If you want to start something of yourself and don’t want to waste your time, then you should join this course from DSIM. Here, you will get to know more knowledge about the recent trends. Digital marketing may lead you to more earning and bright future.
