Enhancements that have been made in the new design of LinkedIn are as follows:

  • Feed is Richer now to keep you informed

All the users will now be able to find out the relevant content from the people and publishers about whom they care the most. And, more new ways will be added soon, so that you can dive deep into specific topics of your choice and follow trending stories.

  • Streamlined navigation

Now, the bar navigation has 7 core areas like Home (Feed), Messaging, Jobs, Notifications, Me, My Network and Search.  And, with one single click on the more option you will able to launch into more experiences that matter to you, like LinkedIn Learning.

  • More Intuitive Search

This is a universal search box to search and find jobs, people, companies, groups and schools. The search can also be refined by using filter options on the right hand side; the ability to search for posts will be coming soon.

  • Better Suggestions to make your profile noticeable

The profile suggestions have been improved, so you can easily know the skills for which recruiters are looking for. You can use these profile suggestions to look your best professionally.

  • Smarter messaging that helps you unlock and connect with new opportunities

With this new real-time messaging interface, you can start texting a LinkedIn connection from where you are. Soon, the platform will start serving up more insights across the site to help you break the ice in one conversation and connect to the next opportunity.

  • Greater insight that who’s viewing your content

You’ll now be able to see that who is viewing, reading and engaging with the content you’ve shared.  You’ll also be able to see the job title and location all those people who are interested in your update.

The changes which have been brought up in LinkedIn new design helps you stay more productive and ahead in your career. In the upcoming weeks, the simplified design will be launched to all the users all across the globe.
