According to a recent report India is expected to surpass the United States to become the second largest smartphone market by 2019.
In fact, the report reveals that Smartphone sales for entire globe will grow 13% in 2015, beating the slowdown trends.
“China and the US will remain the largest smartphone sales countries by 2014, making up 43% of global volumes,”

The world’s top 20 countries that accounted for 75% of the global smartphone volumes in 2007, will account for 80% of the same in 2015.
Asia Pacific that will account for 54% of the global volumes will continue to drive growth in 2015 as well.
Central Latin America and Africa Middle East will witness strong Smartphone growth by 2020 and will play the role of a new growth engine for global market, as per the report.
