MakeMyTrip launches revitalized B2B Affiliate Program

MakeMyTrip has announced the launch of its revamped B2B affiliate program. Aimed at strengthening its position in the market, the program operates under two categories Priority partner Program and B2B tie up.

An official statement said, “The B2B tie-up offers MakeMyTrip’s portfolio of holiday offerings with greatest reach and suite of holiday products. The Priority Partner Program is the next level of association with MakeMyTrip. This fee-based model offers a host of exclusive services to B2B partners, enabling them to collaborate with a leading industry player and enhance their business and holiday sales. This initiative that brings together MakeMyTrip and enterprises passionate about the travel industry, utilizes their mutual synergies enabling agents to draw mileage from the company’s branding and marketing support, will help give MakeMyTrip a wider reach. The uniqueness of the entire program is that the agents will be able to leverage the MakeMyTrip’s strong online presence and will be able to make holiday bookings online for their customers. The entire pricing and availability portfolio will be available to them online for making reservations.”

Elaborating on the launch, Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer-India, MakeMyTrip, said, “At MakeMyTrip, we take great pride in offering comprehensive travel and holiday solutions designed to provide a memorable experience to our customers. We now intend to extend the MakeMyTrip experience further through our affiliate program and leverage this partnership in increasing our footprint in the holiday space. As a part of the Priority Partner Program, the partner agent will have to pay a one-time amount of Rs. 35,000 in order to get the branding and certification, and some degree of marketing support. Even when it comes to incentives, the priority partners will be paid more in comparison to a B2B Partner. Besides, the travel agents will be given with direct access to real time live inventory of MakeMyTrip holidays as well as a dedicated call-center support team for all queries and help.
