In this digitized world, e-mail is the perfect mode of communication among corporates, be it be inter-office or intra-office. An e-mail crafted in a professional manner with important points being highlighted gives a good impression to the reader and is pleasant to the eyes. Sadly enough, many people give little importance to the choice of words while drafting an e-mail.

• Personalization is a must but over personalization will take away the professionalism from you email.
• Never forget to have an unsubscribe link for your email subscriber should never feel struck at it.
• Language should be simple but shouldn’t be poor.
• Improper formatting gives a bad impression.
• Take care of punctuations
• Links should not look ugly and should be placed properly, not at the beginning
• Subject line should be clear and catchy
• Email should be short, succinct and soothing to eyes.
