Once you receive a mail in your inbox, then you just have to click on the link.  And once you click through then a step by step guide will appear on your screen so that you can do real-time messaging with your customers by setting up Google My Business Account.

In order to be voluntarily accessible for responding back, make sure that you also provide a phone number, so that you can receive texts on it. ‘Allo’ app by Google can also be used to stay readily in touch with customers.
