Q1. Hi Manish! Let our readers know your qualification and also, your current work details.
Ans. Thank you! I am Manish Rohilla, at present working as an Assistant Manager-Marketing with Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. I had done PGDM in Marketing from All India Management Association (AIMA). And, then, digital marketing training at DSIM.
Q2. Do let us know your job profile in detail?
Ans. Sure! My KRAs define: Taking care of marketing plan for Hero Electric in India, Strategizing PR, media and digital advertising, ecommerce tie up and management for HE website and other ecommerce portals, building annual event calendar and oversee the budgets, vendor management and ROI, developing and monitoring budgets and P&L statement of all the properties, on boarding media agencies for creative and media, PR and digital duties, etc.
Q3. Why did you step into Digital Marketing and decisively, why DSIM?
Ans. You can see online industry is crowning right now and to have the skills has turned into a need. The change has been occurring from last couple of years and this unprejudiced demand has driven me here.
I had heard a lot about DSIM and used to see the ads on Internet. I attended the demo session, had a word with some ex-trainees and decided to go ahead. Though, I just pursued with my belief in DSIM, yet it has ended up being justified.
Q4. How has been your journey with DSIM?
Ans. It was undoubtedly incredible. A journey full of great memories! Rajender Rawat, Sahil and Karan, their sessions helped me to get a handle on the subject. I additionally made new friends who are successfully heading in their careers.
Q5. What would you give (on a scale of 1-10) while rating DSIM’s training program?
Ans. Overall It would be 8.5/10, whereas segregatedly:
Curriculum: 8, Trainers’ knowledge: 9, Delivery style: 8.5, Infrastructure: 6
Q6. Do you really think that DSIM’s training has helped you in boosting your career?
Ans. Without any doubt! Before joining DSIM, there were professional struggles for me and I was distant from reliable jobs. But the training changed the scenario. I got my job based upon the knowledge obtained during training and am currently handling several freelancing projects. I earned 7 lacs as a freelancer in a year. In my office, colleagues call me Google and it really makes me proud.
What I achieved within a year?
Completed 10 websites; dealt with 4 Social Media clients, my own blogging site and also, earning from AdSense and Affiliate.
Q7. What do you expect to see in Digital Marketing in coming years?
Ans. Though the future stays fickle but as per the trends, digital marketing will bring a lot. Individuals in the marketing field or looking for good opportunities will get full on.
Q8. What are your long-range career objectives?
Ans. To run my own advertising agency and get to be distinctly effective as a marketer!

Ans. Superb opportunities are awaited; go and grab it. Take risk, learn and use it at best.
