Q1. Hi Shivi! We would request you to share your qualification and work details?
Ans. I did Masters in Advance Marketing Management. Thereafter, digital marketing training at DSIM. I have earlier worked with NDTV, Universal Music and many Advertising agencies.
At present, I am taking care of marketing part in my family business ‘Paisley’, a retail brand of women’s wear, available all over Delhi. Additionally, I am looking for some great opportunities.
Q2. Why did you decide to learn digital marketing?
Ans. My husband owns an IT firm and to help him better in work, I decided to learn it. Moreover, the purpose was to learn Social Media and AdWords for my brand ‘Paisley’ and fortunately, I ended up learning most of the aspects in Digital Marketing.
Q3. And, what was the reason that you chose DSIM?
Ans. Residing in Delhi, I know what kind of reputation it holds in digital marketing training delivery. It’s on top and is a brand. Though, I took my final call after attending its demo session. It was first introductory (demo) class and I was left convinced hugely.
Q4. How was your overall training experience @DSIM?
Ans. A personalized, easy experience that’s actually engaging and doesn’t suck!
Here, I got honest and expert advice at every stage. I just invested my 4 months and have reached in the process of receiving lifelong returns.
Q5. How would you rate DSIM’s training program on a scale of 1-10?
Q6. What are your long term career plans?
Ans. After taking my business in India to the level I desire for, I have plans for international expansion. Either I’ll do it or go ahead for a job. Digital marketing has scope in most of the countries and with DSIM’s training; I can find it in any of these.
Q7. Your thoughts on digital marketing and retail industry relationship?
Ans. Retailers need to evolve quickly and acclimate the way changes arrive. Digital has shown a lot of influence on it that signifies a powerful strike and it has also reshaped customers’ behavior and expectations over the time.
You have to become digital anyhow! There isn’t still that sort of competence and we have ample opportunities to set the standards.
Q8.Your message to Business owners….
