DSIM is looking for a Client Relationship Manager for its insanely talented team to help onboard new. This is an outbound sales role- demand for people who open for Inside Sales (Pre & Post). We need your help to guide applicants about Digital Marketing Courses according their needs.

  • CTC: 3,00,000 to 4,20,000 per annum + Attractive Incentive
  • Required Experience: 2 to 4 Years
  • Working Days: 5.5 (2 Saturday will be Half-day working & 1 Monday will be off in a Month)

What We are looking for

We have an incredibly high bar for talent. We are looking for nothing short of an incredibly talented, self motivated sales consultant who is passionate about selling businesses & helping us continue to build and follow DSIM community.

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Mapping prospective clients, generating business from new & existing clients.
  2. Counselling prospective Students/ Professional/Clients on Training Courses offered by DSIM.
  3. Provide information on specific programs after understanding the need of the client.
  4. Invite the corporate Professionals/Jobseekers and Students for the free carrier counselling Seminars/Demo.
  5. To make Outbound Calls to Corporate Professionals/Job Seekers and Students to counsel & convince them for admissions
  6. Assistance with activities to promote Digital Marketing Course represented by the DSIM.
  7. Taking care of each candidate from registration till the enrolment.
  8. Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
  9. Making regular follow-ups to the walk-ins and ensure registrations.


Qualifications/ Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in any stream.
  2. Total experience of 2 to 4 years preferably in Professional Education Domain


Desired Characteristics

  1. Must be having incredible selling skills with reflecting years of relevant experience.
  2. Excellent follow-up skills while ensuring maintenance of high bonding with client.
  3. Should have experience in cold calling, handle outbound calls and successfully close the leads.
  4. Desire for self growth and exceptionally high career oriented attitude.
  5. Must have a passion and desire to guide and advice.
  6. Excellent Verbal communication skills in English and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to work both, collaboratively and independently.
  8. Having knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  9. Should be presentable and must have convincing skills.
  10. Comfortable working on CRM.
  11. Professional attitude, presence and characteristic is always preferred.
