Position: Assistant Manager Franchise Sales

DSIM is looking for a Franchise sales consultant for its insanely talented team to help onboard new franchisees. This is an inbound sales role- demand for people who wants to open franchise business is incredibly high & we generate our in-house inbound leads. We need your help to guide applicants about franchisee business, close the deal & onboard them.

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Establish a deep understanding of client`s needs and nurturing them with all required information.
  2. Counsel and build rapport with professionals, entrepreneurs & Business Owners seeking partnership in DSIM`s franchise business, the on-boarding process, and communicating projected business to them.
  3. Provide in-depth information to the client telephonically, inperson, via e-mail, group advising sessions and webinars.
  4. Achieve daily micro conversion targets and reach out to all allotted in-house generated hot inbound leads.
  5. Achieve individual monthly target, minimum 3 hours of talk-time and thus contributing in company`s business growth.
  6. Ensure a Professional Sales Experience for customers during all aspects of sales process and touch points including: Formal conversation agendas, formal follow-ups and solve queries related to their business growth.
  7. Sharing daily reports with the reporting manager and the management and participate in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly internal business meetings.


Qualifications/ Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in any stream.
  2. Total experience of 3 to 4 years preferably in Professional Education Domain

  1. Must be having incredible selling skills with reflecting years of relevant experience.
  2. Excellent follow-up skills while ensuring maintenance of high bonding with client.
  3. Ready to travel at-least 2 days in a month.
  4. Desire for self growth and exceptionally high career oriented attitude.
  5. Must have a passion and desire to guide and advice.
  6. Excellent oral communication skills both in English and Hindi.
  7. Ability to work both, collaboratively and independently.
  8. Having knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  9. Proficiency in Excel reporting and ease in adapting with new digital tools.
  10. Comfortable working on CRM.
  11. Professional attitude, presence and characteristic is always preferred.
