DSIM is looking for a Centre Head/Manager for its insanely talented team to help onboard new. This is a Centre Head role- demand for people who open for Team handling. We need your help to guide your team and applicants about Digital Marketing Courses according to their needs.

Job Description

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Department: Support
  • CTC: 2,40,000 to 4,20,000 Per Annum
  • Required Experience: 2 to 4 Years
  • Working Days: 5.5 (2 Saturday will be Half-day working & 1 Monday will be off in a Month)

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Providing support to client who enrolled our courses, related to their queries and concern over emails, chat and outbound/inbound calls.
  2. Apart from assisting, also take care of the Follow-up and ticketing of unresolved issues and needed to be escalated to a senior technical team.
  3. Handling Post Sales queries by client through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
  4. Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) with clients through email, phone or chat.
  5. Handle escalations raised by clients over a call, emails or through social media pages of DSIM..

Qualifications/ Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in any stream.
  2. Total experience of 2 to 4 years preferably.

Desired Characteristics

  1. Must be having incredible email skills with reflecting years of relevant experience.
  2. Excellent follow-up skills while ensuring maintenance of high bonding with client.
  3. Exhibiting patience in order to pacify the most difficult clients.
  4. Handle escalations in calm manner and resolve them in time.
  5. Must have a passion and desire to guide and advice clients.
  6. Excellent Verbal & Written skills in English.
  7. Ability to work both, collaboratively and independently.
  8. Having knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  9. Professional attitude, presence and characteristic is always preferred.
  10. Convincing both company and the customer, if required.
  11. Solving problems creatively when easy solutions aren’t available.
