Position: Training & Delivery Head

DSIM is looking for a Training & Delivery Head for its insanely talented team to help onboard new. This is a Training & Delivery Head plans, schedules and facilities customized training programs and development solutions focused on the opening of Kixx Media Pvt. Ltd. Centres. The training head will oversee and evaluate the performance of the Centre Training Specialists. Manage merger and acquisition and measure the effectiveness of Centre Training Specialists, training programs and ongoing development solutions in terms of Digital Marketing Training methods. In addition he/she will be responsible for the revision, facilitation, ongoing development and evaluation of Centre training content and materials.

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Responsible for the implementation and management of the training at Centres PAN India.
  2. Manages training delivery services within approved budget.
  3. Implements all training course as scheduled.
  4. Assist the Training Director in developing annual budgets and plans.
  5. Manages the “day to day” activities of the training, associate and administration terms.
  6. Delivery quality, including apprentice evaluation and trainer observations.
  7. Manages company-wide training content and delivery for all centre across PAN India.
  8. Responsible for managing the centre training components, accreditation, and program review.
  9. Manages and conducts needs analysis to proactively create and update course curriculum including SWOT Analysis.
  10. Manages the revisions of training plans and content to comply with the growing needs of Kixx Media Pvt. Ltd Centres (DSIM).
  11. Applies modern instructional design and utilizes technology for efficient learning delivery.
  12. Manages development and design of training development strategies that support business goals.
  13. Manages and maintains training evaluation metrics.
  14. Manages the evaluation and effectiveness of training programs.
  15. Provide ongoing research, communications, and resources for trainers regarding
  16. Assist leadership with analysis of acquisitions and specific training needs for new and existing employees. From there, assist management in developing training program based on those needs.
  17. Develops and maintains a new centre training schedule.
  18. Assists with new hire train the trainer process and professional development training for Training Specialists.


Qualifications/ Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in any stream.
  2. Total experience of 5 years minimum preferably in Digital Marketing.

  2. Should have sound knowledge with an excellent proven record on the following topics such as Website planning, S.EO, S.E.M, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing..

  4. Must have a passion and desire to guide and advice clients.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, expressive, interactive and Public Speaking skills.
  6. Ability to work both, collaboratively and independently.
  7. Having knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  8. Should be presentable and must have convincing skills.
  9. Proven ability to collaborate and build working relationships with corporate leadership, centre managers, and various departments to effectively support training, development, and performance.
  10. Professional attitude, presence and characteristic is always preferred.
