DSIM is looking for a Team Leader for its insanely talented team to help onboard new. This is a Team Leader roledemand for people who open for Team handling. We need your help to guide your team and applicants about Digital Marketing Courses according to their needs.

Job Description

  • CTC: 7,20,000 per annum + Attractive Incentive
  • Required Experience: 3 to 8 Years
  • Working Days: 5.5 (2 Saturday will be Half-day working & 1 Monday will be off in a Month)

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  2. Set clear team goals.
  3. Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  4. Oversee day-to-day operation.
  5. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  6. Motivate team members to achieve the target before time..
  7. To plan and ensure business goals are achieved with relevant break up of now goals, billing goals, collection goals for allocated centres and geographic expansion goals.
  8. Ensuring high quality Customer Service as per set benchmarks.
  9. Hold regular sales planning & review meetings.
  10. Planning and ensuring implementation of various sales activities such as seminars/workshops, etc.
  11. Monitoring & ensuring implementation of various MIS reports at centres location for control.
  12. Resolving customer doubts and complaints.
  13. Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management.
  14. Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
  15. Provide pre-sales support in terms of collecting target audience database for all particular centre, managing mailers/emailers campaign and coordinating other pre-sales activities.
  16. Enhance revenue in terms of Student Admissions/Enrolment.
  17. Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  18. Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
  19. Making Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  20. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
  21. Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  22. Suggest and organize team building activities.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in any stream.
  2. Total experience of 3 to 8 years preferably in Professional Education Domain

  2. Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor who handled more than 15 members of team.
  3. Decision-making skills.

  6. Excellent Verbal communication skills in English and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to work both, collaboratively and independently.
  8. Having knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  9. Should be presentable and must have convincing skills.
  10. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  11. Professional attitude, presence and characteristic is always preferred.
  12. Organizational and time-management skills.
